This CD represents an aim for Oscar Del Barba, one of the greatest composer and arranger in italian jazz survey.
Oscar Del Barba realized eight new arrangements of great american classics (Making whopee, Speak low, Someday my prince will come...) and five new pieces for symphony orchestra with the contribution of Antonio Zambrini on piano, Robert Bonisolo and Massimo Salvagnini on sax, Fausto Beccalossi on accordion and Caterina Bergo on harp. Recorded live at Auditorium Pollini in Padua, in high definition and multichannel.
