Michele Bonivento calls himself a “musical traveller”.
He dedicates a lot of his search to afroamerican music and NUANCES is the mirror of experiences and meetings happened over the last few years. Jazz soul and gospel have an influence on his music and when we listen to his works we spontaneously think of Dave Grusin and GRP’s music. NUANCES has been recorded with the collaboration of some of the best world famous solists such as Phil Mer on drums, Dudu Kwathe on percussion, Luca Bortoluzzi on electric guitar, Leo Di Angilla, Luca Boscagin, James Thompson on sax, Marco Furio Forieri, Alvise Stiffoni, Marco Pandolfi.
And last but not least, Kenn Bailey’s and Heloisa “Luma” Lourenco’s voices.
